PUBLIC MISINFORMATION
This announcement is made by Quantum Metal Exchange Inc, the parent company of Quantum Metal Sdn Bhd.
The Board of Quantum Metal Exchange Inc. (“Company”), the parent company of Quantum Metal Sdn Bhd, advises that it has come to the Company’s attention there is misinformation being disseminated (“Publications”) through online communication channels in relation to the Company. The Company takes all Publications it deems slanderous to its reputation seriously and will ensure every Publication is investigated thoroughly.
Please note that all official communications and information pertaining to the Company are distributed directly through official Company channels. We respect the right of individuals to their respective opinions, however the Company does not and will not tolerate Publications it deems slanderous whereby the intent is directed at tainting the reputation of the Company.
The Company reserves its rights to take legal action against all perpetrators identified from its investigations, in consultation with their legal team. Legal remedies sought may include, but will not be limited to, monetary damages and/or injunctive relief.
